California has approved legislation to ban stores from providing those helpful little plastic bags that consumers commonly use to store produce while shopping at the supermarket.
20 years ago it was paper bags are evil and are destroying the environment, then it became plastic bags are evil and destroying the environment, then it became you need to have reusable cloth bags or you are evil and trying to destroy the environment, and now the dumb fucks are learning that dirty cloth bag which have leaked meat juices and spilled dairy on them actually spread food borne illness (no shit, retards).
For the last few years they have been charging a $0.10 tax per plastic bag because liberals always want to tax everything. The law in the O.P. is about the individual plastic bags people use in the produce section or the buy in bulk self serve sections where you scoop up stuff with the scooper. Getting rid of those will also lead to more food borne illness but these retards never learn and always prove to be the dumbest pieces of shit in the room.
