Alie Ward, a podcast host, tweeted the image yesterday, prompting responses from thousands of people, many of whom called out Macy’s for their design, which propagates the idea that people must eat less to be skinny.

You DO have to eat less. I’m doing three meal spinach smoothies a day and the weight I gained last year is dropping fast.


Yesterday, I went out to eat and stuck to the keto menu with salmon, small portions. You cannot eat like a pig and think you’ll lose. At least not at my age
