My stepfather had kidney stones, he said it was like pissing razor blades. He would go into the bathroom and cry out in pain to where you would think someone was in there stabbing him to death.

All I can say is don't drink coffee, don't drink soda, but drink water all day long. Drink water even if you're not thirsty. You want to be pissing all day long and keep flushing that stuff out of your system so it doesn't build up. Keep a glass of water in the bathroom and when you get up at night to take a piss drink water so you get up again to piss again in a few hours. Do whatever you have to in order to keep that stuff flowing out of your system.

Aside from the above, eat more fresh fruit vegetables & try substituting meat for fresh seafood instead. Meat of our generation's meat & poultry is full of chemicals & fat. Wild seafoid is better cuz its not gmo & is pure protein or muscke. Get yourself a blender ir juicer, make some fresh veggie or fruit shakes with a drop of acai berry extract. thrown in.

I knew someone who died this year at age 67.

10 years ago he was healthy.

But like Herman he drank loads of barrelwash literally prepared in green garbage barrels.

I know cuz I used to help him prepare & make that barrelwash

Towards the end of his life he developed liver problems.

Then one day he developed a throat infection & needed his throat cut out.

Eventually he needed a feeding tube inserted thru his nevk

He ended up dying on his own vomit.

There's ways to avoid dying if you can help it yknow

Might seem like Im running down Herman but truth is, I care about him enough to warn him of the hazardous effects of his lifestyle.

I went to the dentist last year to get my teeth fixed and I'm still getting them fixed which is costing me big buck$$$$. $7 grand & still counting. The final bill might be $10,000. One tooth alone cost $3000.

I don't smoke or have any health issues. But I let my teeth slide, hadn't seen a dentist in several  years for a cleaning or checkup.

Bottom line - I took too much for granted, didn't take care of my teeth well enough. Plus the veneer on the teeth - the enamel gets thinner as a person ages. So - pay the price.

Actually a visit to the dentist feels like judgement day. You can't lie to your dentist. They know where your mouth has been, what you've done, how you abused it etc.
