This isn't a criminal trial, it's more like a grand jury proceeding.  Nobody has to even prove the slob broke any laws, they just need to recognize there's a putrid stench coming out of his White House and there are clear indications he's broken his oath of office.

If he broke any laws, the justice department can and should charge him. If they make their case, he should be found guilty.

But pretending that the circumstances between Trump and Biden are the same, right now, is plain knuckledraggingly stupid.   They're simply not.
