BC Better Feature

On BC, if a person quotes you, it appears on the top of your page like there are 1, 2, or 5, 6, messages waiting for you but this board lacks that.

Is there anyway this board could have that same feature?

I've probably missed many posts to me because of the serious spam on this forum.
