So in another thread we have been discussing all chipping in and having a tree planted for Lemon, from us, as a way to honor and pay our respects to her life and our friendships with her.

Lemon was a warm, wonderful person who has touched so many of us. ♡ she is and will be very missed.

If any of you would be interested in chipping into this, whether we plant a tree or chose a charity, let me know in this thread.

We can start planning.

Maybe buy her husband a lemon tree ? Is there a way to do that or would he have to grow it himself ?

I notice they are Meyer lemons. That's even better, those lemons are a bit sweeter than regular ones but they still have the zip and tang.

I was thinking once everyone has seen we are doing this, we can decide what we are gonna do and someone, maybe I can set up a PayPal.

I dont have a PayPal, I've never used anything like that. I cant imagine it's hard, though.

I noticed that, too.

Pretty sure those are ALL the states they can grow in.

Wasnt Lemon in CA?

I believe they're all excluded due to agricultural safety reasons...

You'd have to find a place in her home state...

Not to distract from what yall are working on here ... which I'm in for 20.00 spot off the bat for whatever it is.

But how about a sub-category where we can have a board named after lemon with the theme as you see in the link below

Like we're doing with the girly grounds. Make it a public board so her family can see it where we post our fondest memories of her

I’m moving houses and plan on planting one in her honor as well. She was catholic and will put a rosary on it. I even prayed the rosary today in her honor. I believe she was or it was a troll but she told me anyway.
