Ohhh crap that’s a big one...I have had one the size of medium sized dinner plate. I freaked so much I emptied half a can of Baygon on it - I know some are harmless but I don’t know which one is/isn’t..Did you put it outside or killed it?

I neither hate them or love them... I consider them biological control of blood sucking vermin.... So I consider them invaluable. If you caught a mosquito born disease you'd change your mind pretty quickly. When people are scared of spiders it means one of their parent is an alcoholic.
What about mice ? I’m deathly afraid of them
spiders...they eat very harmful insects like disease spreading cockroaches.
I'm not scared of them. I hate them. But I only kill the ones inside the house. They are good to have n the garden to keep the other pests under control.I put a few bat houses in my trees to help with mosquito control. One bat will eat its weight in bugs every night, but don't worry, I don't eat them like the chinks do.
Our poor bats with white nose syndrome. ..anything we can do to help them, Regg. Bats are our friends.
On summer evenings, just at dusk, I like to go sit on my patio and watch the bats flying about over my pond. It's cool to watch them zip to and fro against the deep magenta backdrop of the setting sun sky, eating their fill of those pesky little mosquito fuckers that we all wish wouldn't bite us and suck our blood while enjoying our outdoor spaces.
It's only the size of 3/4's of my thumb finger and my daughter would kill me if I kicked a baby onto the mean streets... "Baby Jerry" as she has named this one, is here to stay....and considering the recent spotting of a large whitetail scurrying across the floor before unceremoniously getting thonged with Reef's finest bottle cap remover outfitted beach footwear, I hope Baby Jerry earns his/her keep and gobbles down some of the others before Babs expires from inevitable home interior attrition which is guaranteed to all arachnids (except Redbacks... dunno why... hardy little gentlemen they are)...
That stuff is toxic you know. Probably did more harm than the spider could have.

You fucking pot smoking hippy. I knew you were a lib all along. PS: Trump's going to hear of this.
Er, how does watching bats fly around over my pond at sunset make me a lib?
