 Oh I know. I ran to the Dollar General last night and they are already putting out some Christmas stuff.

 It's like damn....let us enjoy Halloween ffs.  :crazy:  we need to get past Thanksgiving before seeing the Christmas stuff.

 All the materialism and consumerism ruins it.

Trouble is by having early Christmas  sales the supply of the best Christmas gifts gets depleted early so its slim pickins by the time its Christmas.

Boxing Day sales on December 26th used to be a big deal in Canada but now few deals are to be had because retailers figger they gave them all away on Black Friday.

I remember when we came to Canada, you didn't see X-mas crap until November 1.

When I was a kid we weren't allowed to have anything whatsoever to do with Christmas until 'Christmas Season' started and that wasn't until we saw Santa at the end of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

I do that too Erica..

I buy Christmas gifts when I see bargains.....it doesn't matter what time of year is.

I hope I get in the X-mas spirit this year lol..  Last year I didn't even put out a Christmas Tree or do lights :/    I was a Grinch :D
