Yeah, same here, Em. I haven't been on the forum where we first met in quite some time now. Not because I didn't like it--I did--but simply because my life took a busy turn over the past six months or so, what with my new job and all. Still, I should find a way to go say hi over there. Thing is, I also just reconnected myself to Facebook, Twitter, and sundry other social media after a five-year period of abstinence. That's eating up my time, too, now. Heh. I was going to ask you what happened on Tuesday. And then I remembered:   So many new nicks here. Well, new to me. I'm just sorta poking around, lurking here and there for the time being. I might get over my shyness eventually. Catch you on the boards, Em.

Real Woman is Class A forum material. She livens up whatever place she graces with her presence. I've known her for many years; she was one of the mods when I Adminned VF. As stubborn as a mule, as tenacious as a mongoose, and yet full of wit and charm and smarts... she's the bomb. We often disagreed, to the point of falling out, but we always respected each other. And still do. Phone conversations with her were also interesting for me, whose native tongue is not English; she has a rapid-fire delivery that requires careful attention.
