I don't think that, actually. I think you study cheat sheets as far as the Bible goes, but that's another topic.
In the case of this matter here, which as you surely know is a hijack of the original topic and will probably get moderated in the morning, nice job cherry picking Adams as an exemplar of Christianity among the founders.
But since you're trying to extrapolate from Adams to "the founders," how about the other 55 signers?
Start with Jefferson, please.
YES!!!!!!
FIRST! I'd like to say thank you for falling for this. To be fair, I've perfected this technique over several years...really a decade at least. Anywho, you tards always like to rush for your escape hatch "diest" Jefferson. After what seems to be an unrelated choice of Adams by me. I can count on it as surly as the sun will rise tomorrow. After all, Jefferson said "question the very existence of God" , penned the Jefferson Bible, AND stated he wanted muhzies to be free to worship in America since allah and The God of Israel are the same, right?
But hey, we gotta define "diest" right? To sum it up, it means they believe God plopped us down here and then left us to our own whims. Maybe He will return, who knows?
But hey, just in case, lets ask an authority, mmmmkay?
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/deism Definition of deism: a movement or system of thought advocating natural (see natural entry 1 sense 8b) religion, emphasizing morality, and in the 18th century denying the interference of the Creator with the laws of the universe
Now its completely true that Jefferson didnt believe in the diety of Christ and His miracles, however Jefferson DID believe that God directly interferes with the destiny of man. This proves he cannot possibly be a true diest.
"For in a warm climate, no man will labour for himself who can make another labour for him. This is so true, that of the proprietors of slaves a very small proportion indeed are ever seen to labor. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with his wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just: that his justice cannot sleep for ever . . . ." - Notes on the State of Virginia, Query XVIII5
https://www.monticello.org/site/jefferson/quotations-jefferson-memorialJefferson was a lib on tolerating other religions, including islam, pig drippings be upon it: as Jefferson said, it was clear that religious freedom encompassed "Jew and the Gentile, the Christian and Mahometan, the Hindoo, and infidel of every denomination." Ultimately, the bill was adopted and signed into law on January 19, 1786, with only minor amendments to Jefferson's text. Many wanted Jesus acknowledged. Jefferson won.
https://www.encyclopediavirginia.org/Virginia_Statute_for_Establishing_Religious_Freedom_1786#start_entryHowever, history has a way of teaching those who waver from The God of Israel and it happened to Jefferson. islam, the religion of satan, viewed Christians and Jews (the good guys) as infidels and the koran, may it be flushed in pig urine and scat for all eternity, grants the muhzie full rights to use, convert, rape, and pillage the infidel until they are all converted, enslaved, or dead. Jefferson testified before Congress the following on islam:
They later reported to Congress the ambassador told them Islam “was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Quran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise.”
Now Jefferson was floored by this, having defended islam earlier in life. Reading all of Jeffersons and Madisons dealings with pislam aptly reveals Jeffersons original folly.
Now remember earlier when I said I didnt pick Adams at random? Its obvious now that both were involved heavily with Americas education on islam, pig drippings be upon it. Here's the kicker. Adams was a pacifist. Even when faced with what he heard with his own ears, this stalwart of belief in God and Jesus wanted to continue ransom payments! Meanwhile, the so called diest Jefferson was so enraged and shocked at islam and its view of everyone else, he wanted it crushed and while he didnt go as far as Madison, he kicked the muhzies asses.
