Maryville man faces felony charge for dipping testicles in salsa before delivery



People usually dip chips in salsa. A Maryville man had another idea.

Howard Matthew Webb, 31, is accused of placing his testicles in a salsa container that was then delivered to a low-tipping customer last month. Maryville police arrested Webb on Friday on a charge of "adulteration of food, liquids or pharmaceuticals," a Class C felony.

"Webb produced a video showing Webb placing his testicles in a salsa container and (the driver) is heard laughing and stating, 'This is what you get when you give an 89-cent tip for an almost 30-minute drive," Maryville Police Department investigator Rod Fernandez wrote in the warrant.

"Webb is heard saying, 'Oh, oh, it feels good ...' "

What is the gratuity rate anyways? Aren't you supposed to leave like 20%? I never do but it seems I never get good service. A few days ago I asked my waitress for some "Frank's Red Hot" and she looked like she wanted stab me in the eye with a fork. Her tip was reduced accordingly

Tampering with someone's food because they're cheap puts the server at the same level as the lousy tipper.  Because disgusting is contagious for some, I suppose.

If someone is a lousy server, I talk to their manager, AFTER I've finished my meal.  There are lousy people out there.  This thread makes it clear.
