I'm sure you thought that made some sort of sense, good effort tho.
Nice deflection. Albeit totally predictable.
So we'll put this another way since you're obviously so smart.
We're going to bring this argument a little closer to home and I'm pegging a 90% or greater chance that you're going to change the subject, deflect it or ignore it altogether.
And to be honest, I can't blame you.
Your position is fragile and your logic is flawed. But let's enjoy the exchange none-the-less
Imagine your son or daughter is a first responder in an area prone to devastating hurricanes and there's been a hurricane watch for several days along the high risk coastal area where our imaginary circumstance is taking place. FOR DAYS now the authorities have called for a complete evacuation of the area citing eminent danger to life.
Now let's say some assholes think it's a really cool idea to go to that area to hangout in the midst of a category 45storm. You know, to take pictures and do cartwheels on the beach... really cool shit to share with their Instagram followers.
Several hours into the storm things get really dicey for them and the risk of death is greater than substantial. They put out a call to 911 for rescue. The dispatcher then in turn asks your child, who is sitting right beside you in the safety of your home several miles away, if they would like to voluntarily go out and risk his/her life to save these morons.
The chance of loss of life to your child is greater than 60%
What emotion is wrangling in your heart right and thoughts in your mind at that very moment?
Be truthful, not stupid
GO.
