So, criminals are innocent if they haven't been found guilty in a court of law?

If I kill someone, I'm innocent if I don't get caught?

Evading capture and being exonerated due to a prosecutors inability to meet the beyond reasonable doubt standard are two different things in our criminal justice system.

I would hope that as an educator you would have already been aware of this fact on some level prior to me spelling it out for you here.

I wasn't speaking of a case in which a prosecutor was unable to meet BRD standards. I was speaking of a case in which the governing body refused to allow witnesses to be called or a thorough investigation to be conducted. I imagine one of your high intellect would not confuse the two very different examples of BS.

I also did not say what you claim I said. I was just making a list of ridiculous scenarios in which one might be proclaimed an innocent. As ridiculous as the scenario in which you claim Kavanaugh's innocence. Not the SAME scenario, but the same level of ridiculousness. Kind of up there with how ridiculous YOU are.

BTW, lest you forget, the Senate hearing was not a trial. It was a job interview. The fact that CONs hired the fool is reprehensible. In any other real-world scenario, he would have been out of the running before the hearing even got started. The guy's a real nut case.

Other than her word I saw none.

And based on the fact that she was inconsistent and incomplete I would say the finders of fact were spot on in dismissing her testimony.
