Tinderholt introduced essentially the same bill 2 years ago and received death threats, perhaps from fetuses who were carried to term only to starve to death as children.

This year, Rep. Jeff  Leach (R - Plano) has announced the bill will not get out of his committee, so now the sheriff is worried about death threats against HIM. 

Tinderbox has been married 5 times, to 4 women.  He's in his 3rd term, so I guess his constituents think he's making good use of their money in Austin.  But I have to wonder how his previous life experience qualifies him to write laws about women and their bodies.

With all due respect, if I wanted to say that I COULDA FOUND THE FUKIN WORDS TO SAY IT PLAINLY.

The fact is that I have NOT EVER expressed such an opinion, nor a contradictory one either. 

Regarding abortion, the legal definition is fuzzy and varies by jurisdiction.  I believe it to be a moral choice, first and foremost, regardless of the legal definitions.  And because I believe in individual liberties of CITIZENS, I believe they should be free to make their own informed choices about their own bodily functions, and pay whatever costs and reap whatever "rewards" such choices may bring to them.

Please let me know if that's not clear to you, because if I'd known you were trolling the thread from the OP forward I'd have refrained from fukin posting in it at all to illuminate the CONTENT you introduced.

That it can happen at all negates the relevance of the stats for it.

Ample time is given to abort before the fetus is a viable person who can exist outside of the womb. It's about their person too.

You wouldn't quarter up a 2-4 week old child because it's murder. Don't do it to a child in the last trimester.
