Is it "flaming" to open a Tribute Thread in the BGz, or will this get moved?

I have 3 possible explanations for this tortured, trashy tribute...

1.  He's trolling for a swoon from that other ditzy dame to see what Scoundrel will do
2.  Try as he might, he just can't get the hook outta his jaw.
3.  The simp thinks he's posting in Reject Rodeo at that other forum, where people don't feel embarrassed for him and Rotty when they trade Tribute Threads.
